Please note that the baroque pearls used in our jewelry are naturally formed through an organic culturing process. Because of their freeform nature, each pearl is unique in shape, texture, pearlescent, and appearance, and we cannot guarantee that every piece will look exactly like the ones shown in the photos.

We carefully select high-quality pearls and do our best to create pieces that highlight their natural beauty. Every item is one of a kind and carries its own character — that’s part of what makes baroque pearls so special.

We will ship items within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Except for custom and personalized items that may require longer production time.

All orders with free shipping will be sent via Canada Post Lettermail (without tracking.)

- Standard delivery for Lettermaill in Canada takes an average of 4-10 business days.

- Standard delivery for U.S. orders takes an average of 5-10 business days.

International orders will be sent via Canada Post Small Packets Air. Please note buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply.

We offer free exchange for incorrect or damaged item. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance. 

We offer free 30-day returns starting from the day the shipment is delivered. 

Conditions of Return: The item should be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with tags in original packaging. 

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• All discounted and on-sale items are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Exchange is not accepted once the order is shipped, but please let us know if you have any problems with your order.
