Payments

We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Processing Time & Shipping

We will ship items within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Except for custom and personalized items that may require longer production time.

All orders with free shipping will be sent via Canada Post Lettermail (without tracking.)

- Standard delivery for Lettermaill in Canada takes an average of 4-10 business days.

- Standard delivery for U.S. orders takes an average of 5-10 business days.

The delivery times are estimated and CANNOT be guaranteed, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

International orders will be sent via Canada Post Small Packets Air. Please note buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply.

Expedited shipping is available at the checkout, we'd recommend upgrading to express shipping if you require your order sooner.

FREE & FAST shipping for all ordes of $150 or more (Canada & U.S only).

For orders of $150 or more, shipping will be upgraded to expedited with tracking automatically.

Nothing for you to do! Your shipping will be upgraded without extra fees when you spend $150 or more.
